We understand that doctors have tight schedules. So, the doctor can assign an employee in the clinic to manage the doctor’s dashboard, but the doctor must supervise him completely.

Yes. When the patient needs to be seen periodically, the doctor can make a recommendation for a follow-up and suggest three possible appointments for the patient to choose one of.
Reservation of a follow-up appointment is only confirmed when the patient chooses an appointment and pays the consultation fee.
You can cancel the appointment reservation at no additional charge on the appointment page on the dashboard.

After the patient chooses three possible appointments for a video consultation appointment, a written consultation, or an emergency consultation, the doctor selects one of them and confirms
it from the appointment page on managing appointment requests.
Then the doctor reviews the patient’s medical history, in addition to medical documents, x-rays and any other documents the patient had uploaded.
When other examinations or files are needed to reach an accurate diagnosis, you can write a message to the patient through written conversations on the appointment page on the dashboard. During consultation, the diagnosis and all treatment and pharmacological options are explained to the patient, in addition to treatment recommendations such as physical therapy or the option of a surgical procedure. All patient inquiries are answered during the consultation.
The average consultation for all specialties is 20 minutes. This time is sufficient to provide consultation, diagnose and answer enquiries.
Leviomed provides interpretation service during the consultation on the platform to facilitate communication between the patient and the doctor when needed.
The patient can add interpretation option and set translation language and gender of the interpreter while booking the appointment.
Leviomed does not ask for any fees from the doctor for creating an account on the platform.
The report should be sent in English to the patient.
The doctor must mention the accurate diagnosis and the necessary additional examinations, if needed, and the treatment and
medication recommendations for the patient, such as prescriptions for medications and physiotherapy, in addition to any treatment options discussed during the consultation.
